What are disposable lab coats made of?

Velcro or buttons: which closure is better?
Velcro, on 21001-W-M and 21006-B-L, is fastest to put on and take off and is easy with gloves. Plastic buttons, on 21003-W-L and 21004-B-XL, give a neater coat look and stay closed well.
Can the coats be ordered in bulk and in other colors?
